Second transnational meeting in Porto

All the partners met again for the second transnational meeting in Porto on 26 and 27 September 2024. We were hosted by our Portuguese partner Obra Diocesana de Promoção Social in a social day centre. The two-day meeting was an opportunity for the consortium to work on the development of intellectual productions and to review the overall progress of the project and the next stages.

1st Skills to Connect conference

The conference will be held on Thursday 21 November, from 9.30am to 12pm, at the French Red Cross Accelerator 21, located at 21 Rue de la Vanne, 92120 Montrouge.

Presentation of the initial results of the Skills to Connect European project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

The presentation will be followed by a round-table discussion on the subject of the digital isolation of older people and the professionals who support them in Europe.

The conference will be followed by lunch.

Pre-registration recommended.

Training week in Brussels

From 15 to 19 January 2024, all the partners gathered in Brussels at the premises of our partners CSD and PLS, each accompanied by professionals or future professionals in the field of supporting seniors for the first training activity. Throughout the week, which was punctuated by convivial moments, the partners worked on qualifying the areas of skills to be implemented and on the teaching scenarios for the future online course, based on the results of the questionnaires used to assess the skill levels of the target groups.

The cooperation partnership is selected for funding by the French Erasmus+ Agency

On August 2, 2023, the cooperation partnership submitted by Croix-Rouge Compétence Nouvelle-Aquitaine and its partners (Arbitrym, Pour La Solidarité – PLS, Centrale de Soins à Domicile – CSD, and Obra Diocesana de Promoção Social – ODPS) was selected by the Erasmus+ Agency.
We are one of 34 projects out of 104 submitted that have been selected and will receive funding. The Skills to Connect project aims to develop the digital skills of current and future professionals in the field of care for the elderly, and thus responds directly to one of Europe’s top priorities: digital transformation.

Croix-Rouge Compétence Nouvelle-Aquitaine welcomes its partners to its Limoges site for the 1st transnational meeting

All the partners came together for two days of meetings on the project. Over the course of the two days, a number of topics were discussed: the administrative and financial management of the project, an update on intellectual output, the organisation of training sessions and forthcoming meetings.
The next transnational meeting will be held in Porto at our partner ODPS in September 2024.
