Toolbox
This toolkit has been designed to guide you step by step as you explore and use digital technology in your everyday life.
You will find practical information sheets, simple tips and resources to help you learn at your own pace to use your phone, browse the Internet, communicate with loved ones, and even avoid online scams.
Each tool has been designed to meet concrete everyday needs: making a doctor’s appointment, listening to music, searching for information, making a video call, etc.
You are free to explore the topics that interest you most; there is no set order, only a will to learn and try new things!
This toolkit is the result of the SKILLS TO CONNECT project, carried out from 2023 to 2025 by a Franco-Portuguese-Belgian partnership, in collaboration with professionals from the social and healthcare sectors and elderly learners.
